Why is my last auto delivery food item say Backorder and doesnt show on the site....they've known for awhile this was to be shipped out on 12-16 ...now Backorder and not showing on site ????

Hi @89135 I am so sorry that happened. I will email the team the handles the Auto Delivery orders to see if they can help.

Auto-delivery hasn't worked properly in weeks!  Makes it very difficult to update when you want orders, want to skip or change.  Is someone addressing the issue?

They are extremely helpful in determining issues with orders.

 

In the email I always put my order # & date ordered.  

 

I've gotten my answers quickly from a moderator 🙂
