The Auto Delivery Status page is screwed up again. There is no way to edit the frequency of the order. It was messed up for a long time, then fixed at some point and now it's back to being an incomplete again. Customer Care: WHEN are the IT people going to fix this mess?????

I’m having similar issues. It’s been messed up for some time. You have to click on other things to get the auto-delivery status page to come up. I emailed customer service, but no response and no changes were made. Very frustrating.
