Tried to order the case and it says invalid code. Seems like a major problem. How do you plan on fixing this since the case is part of the purchase and an important component to the tablet.

Hi @Grandma Jam I am so sorry you are having difficulty. We are aware some customers are having difficulty with the site. We are asking that you change your browser to Google Chrome and try it that way. If it is still giving you difficulty make sure you put the address in the browser bar not the search bar, you may get a link to another country and that won't work with this offer. In the meantime I will send your information to the groop that is handling this and you will be contacted on the next business day.

I had the same problem.  I had to go through Firefox and was able to order it.

Just ordered the free Caseable for the Amazon Fire HE 10 tablet on my phone. Samsung Android using Google chrome. No issues. Tried many times using the tablets browser with no luck. Checked QVC blogs and saw that no one had a problem using a different browser. Tried it and it worked. Used the coupon code and even created my own cover.  It really is free!

I do use Google Chrome and it still does not work! PLEASE fix this!!!!

@Anonymous-I've read the same advice from other Mods.  Perhaps a visual would better assist customers.  Show where to enter the address.

I posted on another QVC Forum page. New to this.  My order went thru for my caseable but it has been almost a MONTH and I still haven't received my order. Sent two emails to the company and got two short replys stating they receievd my emails &  they also posted what looked like a file # but no definitive answer on WHEN I would receive my order. I hope QVC can give us an answer.

Hi @qbetzforreal, the address bar is at the top of the page. If you are reading this look at the top of your screen where is says https:// that is the address bar. I hope this helps.

@Anonymous- You totally misread my post.  It was only a suggestion that the moderators post a visual to better assist the customers.  I didn't purchase a tablet and therefore have no need for a case and I knew what you and the other moderators were talking about.

I also have not received my Fire 10 case.  It will be a month in about four days.  I finally gave up and ordered one from Amazon so I could take my tablet out of the house without worrying about the screen being scratched.  But I really want the caseable case! I've writen the company-only received the automated reply and nothing else.  

 

Please, QVC, provide a solution for those of us who are in "case limbo!"
