Just wanted QVC to know that was originally disappointed with this item and wrote so on my review because I dropped one of water containers and it broke and QVC advised me to call the company. I did just that a couple of months ago and was told I could either send the entire item back and they would replace it or wait until they had an extra piece that broke and that they would send to me. I really didn't need the humidifier until the colder weather in NJ so I opted for the extra piece. The customer people at Innovations were extremely nice and yesterday I did receivI now have my humidifieer back.
