The big problem seems to be the length of time it takes to get an item.  10 to 14 days is the average for me if I order.  I live in Colorado.  I've quit using the Q because of the large shipping charges and how long it takes to get things, not because they have sent the wrong thing.

The issues I've had (and have read others having the same):

 

1) Can't cancel an item as it goes into processing almost immediately. Wouldn't mind but then it can sit for a week. If it was the wrong color or size, you're stuck. You SHOULD have at least 3 hours or so before you can't change it. Knowing this, I'm VERY careful when I order....VERY careful.

 

2) Return takes 18 days plus before it hits my CC. Some returns sit for 2 weeks at USPS; some don't but then it sits in limbo before it hits my card. I give it 18 days before calling and by then, it's always been done. Compare this to other companies where it's more like 3-4 days.

 

3) Not receiving my item. Due to vendors choosing SurePost, many items simply never arrive. QVC CS has ALWAYS been FANTASTIC when this has happened.

 

I don't fear ordering from QVC as I know the rules of the game.
