Hello,
I have not ordered in some time because of the poor shipping reviews. It seems that the poor reviews are consistent.

In the 30+ years that I have shopped with the Q, I have only had one problem with shipping.

i order multiple times a week. plus, i am on several auto shipments.
Q has handled a few carrier issues beautifully for me.

i am not having any problems with shipping. some items do take longer than others, but as long as i get it within a reasonable amount of time, i am fine.

I have noticed more problems the past 2 years. I have been sent the wrong item, and my shipping takes a lot longer. Refunds are also slower, I don't know what is going on, maybe they have a lot more customers thatn a few years ago. But i will say they always end up taking care of the issue. They have great customer service.

I order from QVC about once a month, and everything has always arrived by the estimated date of delivery.
In fact, orders usually arrive at my door before the EDD.
If they gave an EDD that was unacceptable to me I wouldn't finish placing the order.

I don’t think the poor shipping problems are typical. I am a longtime customer, and so far have not experienced any of the order/shipping horrors posted about on this forum. There have been minor problems which were easily resolved.
I never order anything from QVC that I need by a specific date. Heads up: ordering with a deadline in mind doesn’t seem to go well.
Give them a chance.

In the more than 20 years I've been ordering I can say I have NEVER had a single shipping problem. Just received an order last week 7 days after I ordered.

I have not had any shipping carrier problems and usually receive my items within a week. In the several years that I have been ordering I have had two mixups in items that I received but that is not the shipping carrier’s fault but whoever at the Q packed the items to be shipped. All in all I’ve had mostly positive ordering experiences.
