Advanced Orders…? For Moderators

Just curious --

The "advance order" info on a few items shows estimated date of 10/11.  Is this the actual shipping date to customer OR expected at vendor/QVC warehouse?

For me, this is something I'd like to know prior to placing order as cancelling is impossible once order is placed.

Thank you!

@homedecor1

The advance shipping date refers to the expected release date from the warehouse.

Great question and thank you for asking, so the shipping is after the advance date? but do we know how long after?

I have a VPH holiday nightlight advance order with a date from over a week ago; so assuming it can be shipped a week or two after the advance date?

"EXPECTED" Ship date.  The magic words that mean nothing when you have waited and waited for something you thought you ordered in plenty of time.

 I have passed up buying from QVC if it is something I need by a certain date.  Yes I can be surprised that it does arrive on time but I can't trust it anymore.
