I got an email in the early morning from OrderVerificationCF@qvc.com about an order I made last night.
They are asking me to call 800-600-3093 because some payment details are needed, but it doesn't say which details. I call the number and all I get is voicemail.
I really don't want my order to be canceled, but can't get ahold of anyone by the phone. Can anyone help me? I already left a voicemail with my order number, name and phone number. Obviously I won't leave any payment details on a voicemail but even if I would have the email doesn't say which details are missing. He's very strange because this is my second order and I use the same payment method.

@udelchbsk Send an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, and tell them exactly what you said here. They're very helpful!
You should include your order number.
Honestly, the phone call sounds like a scam to me!

Agree it could be a scam. Contact regular CS 1800 367 9444 or the Social Team as vermint suggested.
Have you checked your orders online to see if it processed? Maybe check there first.

For me is suspicious as well the email was about 2 am Pacific time, so even eastern is 5 am and the order was just made last night. But already sent email to Social hope they answer!

I paid through PayPal and even got the email from them with the authorized charge, I hope QVC replies soon, sent the email to Social and left my name, order number and phone number in voicemail.

I got the call, and apparently they couldn't verify the payment method belonged to me and that I am who I claim I am 😂 that for me is ironic. They started dating my address didn't had an apartment number, but is not a unit is a house... Well after the rudeness of the lady at phone today I think I'll move my business somewhere else.

Wow @udelchbsk - That's awful about the rude lady. You should report her. There's so many nice CS reps. Sorry you got a bad one.
Email the social team and tell them you want to report the rude lady.
