Where are the live representatives?

Did QVC lay off customer service reps in order to reduce their debt? Been on hold waiting for 25 minutes so far!

I think customers are more likely to chat or communicate/ order now.  No need for as many customer service reps.  It's the same in the very large retail company I work for.

@tl98466.  Try calling at sometime other than the busiest time of the week

I've never waited that long.  You always have the choice of having them call you back.

 

So sick of hearing the debt or bankruptcy comments.  It is kind of late to be calling CS.

I'd call on Monday-Friday during normal business hours. A lot of places have minimal staff in the evenings.

I thunk sine CS reps work from home.  I heard a baby crying in the background one time when speaking to a rep

I called CS last night. I went through the whole thing to talk to them. Then it immediately went to a recording saying that they were only taking calls during the business hours of 8:00 AM and sometime later in afternoon. I hung up before the tape played all the way. Not surprising with all that is going on. We have to accept that or prepare for changes in the near future. I checked this morning and one of my orders is being worked on. The other one which had 3 items tells me to call CS. I have. Twice. Both times they have told me it is ok. No. It is not. It is not being processed like my other order last night. Still saying call CS online. No biggie. I am prepared for this.
