Has anyone been having other problems with their account?

Within the last 3 weeks this has been happening:

1. Order appeared to be sent but no tracking and not received.

2. Received a pair of Rykas instead of Clarks.

3. Account Locked! Message said to change password. But if course I could not do that because it was locked.

4.After Customer service helped with the lock problem, I discovered most of my personal information was deleted. Including mailing address and method of payment.

 

Customer Service has always helped straight everything out, but I am sick of having to call with all these issues. I have been a A Customer for many years but am wondering how safe the site is anymore..

 

I should not have to work this hard to purchase from Q!
