I have never seen that unsafe warning on any webpage on QVC, either.

I don't think so, but it's possible.  I will have to look into it.

Go to the toolbar at the top of the QVC page, and you will see a little exclamation mark inside a circle.  Click on that, and you will get the message.  I tried to copy and paste it, but wasn't able to.  I didn't believe it when I read about it on these forum boards a while ago.....until I clicked on the little exclamation point in the toolbar.

Go to www.qvc.com, and you will see the exclamation point to the left. When you click on that, it will direct you to another page that lets you know why the QVC site is insecure.

  1. To check a site's security, to the left of the web address, look at the security status:
    • Lock Secure
    • Info Info or Not secure
    • Dangerous Not secure or Dangerous
  2. To see the site's details and permissions, select the icon. You'll see a summary of how private Chrome thinks the connection is.

It is the i inside the circle:

  • Info Info or Not secure

This was the topic on the forums in March, 2017:

Is anyone having this issue on Google Chrome on PC when they logged on to QVC to order or view their account, the "i" icon comes up instead of the "lock" icon, indicating it's not secure?

@Carol08. Have you put items on "check hold" while deciding if you'll buy them (maybe) with your Q Card?  You don't address the issue for which the letter was sent.  This is a commonly abused practice.

@Apple Crisp@Carol08@I am still oxox. Here's what I get every time I enter an item number inquiry.  This is Firefox.

When I'm just browsing the website using Chrome, I see the unsecured icon.  But when I go to checkout, it turns into a secure connection.  From what I recall from previous discussions, it seems to be an issue with Chrome.
