I received a letter today stating I made too many cancellations using a check and/or money order.  This was back in October, 2016.  I ONLY use my Q-card for purchases.  I spoke with 2 CS reps by phone, and neither of them could tell me why I had received this letter.  They both told me to ignore it, and one of them said she would ask the corporate offices to call me.

Both CS reps were very professional and kind - and were as surprised as I was to receive this toxic letter.  I sent an email to QVCSocial, and hope I can get a satisfactory answer.  I ordered and received over 25 items recently - paid for by my Q-card.

I have returned one item for a replacement - not a refund, in 4 years.  That is the only return.  Could someone have hacked into my account?

Get a new card, new # while they’re trying to figure it out.

That's a good idea. I will look into it right now.  Thanks for the advice.

Do they have an address other than yours to where the items were shipped

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Maybe it was just a simple mistake

I don't think so, but it's possible.  I will have to look into it.

One of the nice CS reps told me it was probably a form letter.  I always pay with my Q-card - not a check nor money order.  Someone needs to proof- read the "form" letters they send out, and make sure they are accurate.

The notice at the top of the QVC page states,"Your connection to this site is not safe".  I know others have commented on this, and I am now reticent to purchase anything.  There are too many hackers out there to worry about the safety and security of this site.

@Carol08

I have never seen the insecure warning on the top of the QVC page, on my computer, tablet, or phone.
