Account Is Messed Up???

Could one of the Mods please take a look at my account. I had the problem with the Valerie Mosiac item and was sent a different color. I sent back the original one and I got refunded some money on the replacement one which I should have never been charged for and how can you credit an item that was not suppose to be charged ??? Problem number two that I had with my Lug bag purchase it is been trying to send me another and I have tried to cancel it because I recieved the bag and have no idea why it is trying to send me another.I tried to cancel it and my account has been stuck in attempting to cancel for 3 days could someone please have a look to see what is going on. Seriously frustrated here I shouldn't have to be spending so much time on QVC mistakes.
