If you ordered 2 items on Feb 17 and checked the status to find acceptance pending.    Today is March 4 and the items have shown this status at one location since Feb 21, what does this mean?    Has your order been lost or what?

I have 3 items sitting somewhere. The oldest one is a customer service replacement for an item that didn't ship with other items in the order.  Item #2 is a customer service replacement for item #1. Item #3 which I ordered a week ago has now joined the others. Item #3 is part of an order I received last week.
I think I will call CS again and have a refund issued!

@Boomernichols not necessarily.  QVC uses several different modes of transportation to mail packages.  While the post office may deliver them to us, someone else gets them to the post office.  I think it is the post office that sometimes delays "acceptance."  It could take awhile.  The Post Office people have told me they don't transport the packages, just deliver and accept returns.

If it's Mail Innovations they often use that "pending" statement leading you to believe it's the Post Office that is the delay.  When in reality they haven't delivered the order to the P.O. yet.  They can sometimes take weeks.

Sounds like a delay caused by Newgistics, USPS's  third party shipper buddy.
