I was interested in these Clark sneakers.  I need arch support.  I watched the video which was over 9 min long and not once did they show the inside of the shoe to see what kind of arch it had, or lack thereof.

I tried to ask a question and it wouldn't let me in unless I made a new user name.  I don't want to do that.  Why is it so difficult to get info???  I am no longer interested in this shoe.  Sale lost.

The shoe shows are basically useless . Your point is well taken that the inside of the shoe to check for an arch  support is important . Am surprised that the Reps for these shoe companies don't consistently pull out the shoe liner for us customers to see.  Yes, most of the time if you need  better arch support in a soft shoe , you have to take out the shoe liner and replace it with a better quality one or an orthotic.
