I totally agree, when an order sits in process for 5 days or longer, we should be able to cancel, but we can't....because they make money on their return label to return the item and then they take weeks and weeks after they receive the returns, to actually process them and issue our refunds.
After 25 years of shopping here, I'm done with playing their games.
I will refuse this last order I placed with QVC and will not place another order, no more games for me.
They no longer offer unique products that you can't find anywhere else, the quality overall is just not there anymore and their prices have gotten to a ridiculous level.
There is no 'Q'uality, 'V'alue' or 'C'onvenience here anymore, IMO.
They should change their name to 'Hit and Miss TV Shopping Channel', IMHO.

So true. I once told them about the Q V C not being valid anymore.

I have an order that is now 9 days "in process." A few days ago they sent an email it was delayed. It was Lock N Lock, and when I ordered it there were plenty available. It is annoying to keep seeing their banner saying they are so sorry for shipping delays and they are working on it. Yeah, right.

SOOOO, today I get the 'shipping delayed' email which says it won't even ship till late next week, which is too late for the child's birthday party, but NOPE, I can't cancel.
My EDD was today, so it looks like I'm going out shopping, whether I feel good enough to or not.
The fact that we can't cancel a 'delayed shipping' order is just SO WRONG to me.
Never again.

My last order just shipped yesterday and it took 6 days to ship. I have waited so long for it that now I am no longer interested in the top lol. I could drive there and back in less time it takes to ship it and also the slow mail. Love that you called it Hit or Miss lol. You got that right!
