Should've known any improvement was too good to last.

I have several items that have been “in process” for over 4 days. They are sending me a duplicate order....that I did not order....and won’t let me cancel it....yet it’s been in process for 4 days....even CS can’t cancel it....QVC has a serious problem with their ordering/shipping/returns/exchanges. With the volume of customers they have, you would think QVC would have the top notch system in place....I truly don’t understand why not.

Going forward, I will be thinking long and hard before I order anything else.

 You must have missed the banner they've had on the home page about shipping. Something about  'we are so sorry but we've been working on making changes in our shipping', or something like that. Uh-huh. So far so bad, Q.  Another blunder.

Re: 5 Days 'In Process'

@Judaline

No, I didn't miss the banner, but a couple of weeks ago several orders that I placed were only in process for 2 days and I received them in 5 days.

Now they seem to be going backwards again.

Well, that does it for me! I have 3 orders in process, yet ups notified me I had 2 packages coming from QVC. I hope it's my order. This is getting insane. I have returns that have been delivered to QVC & it takes weeks to show up! I'm done. I had good luck for about one month & now it's worse!

Evine isn't much better.  I ordered two tops on 7/12.  No mention was ever made of either of them being on extended delivery.  I received one of them in about a week.  The other is still in process on 7/25.  I just checked again, and it now says expected delivery is by 8/11!  They have a horrible computer system that is noteworthy for overselling items (has happened to me several times).  At least, however, I still have the option of canceling it.

6 days in on my Gravel TSV, it still says in process.  There is no excuse for this.  As another poster stated, as large as QVC is, one would think they would have an excellent, best-available shipping system in place.  Seems more like Gertrude's Grumpy Garage Gitter-Outers.

Now we know why there's been so much emphasis on Christmas in July.....you'll be lucky to get it by Christmas.

IG -

what BUGS me the MOST about the L-O-N-G wait on the "in process" ...

Is .....

IT'S OKAY FOR THE Q TO DEEEEEELAAAAAAY YOUR ODER FOR WHAT FEELS LIKE AN ETERNITY -

BUT

THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY  N.O.T.  ALLOW US TO CANCEL THE DANG THING AFTER FRUSTRATING OURSELVES WAITING FOR IT & THEN CHANGING OUR MINDS.
