Three weeks ago today I ordered the Ninja Auto-iQ Pro Extractor Single-Serve Blender, with a due date of 6/20. When that date passed and it still hadn't shipped, I got on live chat and was told it would be here by the 29th. That's tomorrow, and it still hasn't even shipped. I know everyone's having problems with slow shipping, etc, but I just need to vent! If I'd known it would be this ridiculously slow, I would have just got to BB&B and bought one.

@Deb in SD This is the problem with QVC. Customers would be so much more understanding if they were upfront and honest. The rep that told you your item would arrive by the 29th had to have known that wasnt true and was just pacifying you. Its insulting. Delays are understandable but items "in process" for a month or more are not.

I also have an order in process from 6/20. I think if they cannot deliver in 10 days they should not charge you for shipping. Good PR.

Yes the shipping is getting ridiculous! I ordered a shirt on 5-26 and it was delivered on 6-22,  Tracking showed it sat at several locations for 4-5 days.  The way they are shipping now makes no sense at all, going from a USPS location to a UPS location and then back to USPS. I  hope someone reads these posts and actually does something about it.  It's ridiculous that it takes almost a full month to receive an item.
