Buyer beware where cheap linens are concerned.  Target just gave refunds on "Egyptian Cotton" sheets that weren't really what they claimed to be.  I wouldn't trust any $40. sheet set to be the real thing.

It says they were originally $229.99.

They also say 600 TC 100% Egyptian Cotton.

The ones at Target I believe said egyptian cotton like, didn't they?

I saw these but hesitate. I don't like to buy sheets I can't

"see" or don't know the brand. There is no telling the quality, and Z doesn't accept returns, so it's a no go for me.

I won't but that stuff from Zulily since it cannot be returned. I don't want to get stuck with stuff that's not up to my standards & out the money for it.

Last sheets I bought from Q were piling so I'm not buying so I can pay to return them & also be out my original shipping.

If they are selling them for $39 that tells me all I need to know.

Last sheets I bought was Bamboo from Cariloha. They are expensive but they are soft & comfy. DH loves them & says I made the bed so he does not want to get out of it. LOL!!!

I feel the same way.  I don't buy from anyone that doesn't allow returns.

I've been hearing so much about this retailer and just decided to check it out, for the first time.

If you don't give them your email address you can't even look at anything.  What the heck!  Smiley Sad

I was able to see that it is Egyptian COTTON and 600TC, but couldn't see the price or any other particulars, behind the grey-out and pop up asking for email address.

@chickenbutt that's another thing that bugs me about them.  You can't even look without an e-mail.

FWIW, there is no brand name listed for them.

I actually bought a set of these 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets from Zulily about a month ago.  It took 2-3 weeks to arrive.  They are okay sheets but I expected better.  They are average at best, nothing special.  I too believe that retailers are lying about the quality of these items.  I figured I couldn't go far wrong for the price and I will use them.  Unless you fancy yourself some kind of sheet connoisseur, these are a pretty fair buy.
