I would give $10 a piece probably.  They are paid well?  A friend delivered furniture on the side for a few extra bucks.  He did not make much money.  Maybe 10/ hr, that is NOT well paid.  On services I get that I can’t do, I always tip.  Furniture is heavy, awkward and I would gladly part with $20 if they set it up and took my old mattress.
