@Franklinbell I get how the lady lost it over thinking a tip was in order, where it clearly shouldn't be. I think it just triggered her, since tipping expectations are becoming too darn aggressive. I imagine she laughed out of embarrassment.
I'm a good tipper, but there are places where is it not appropriate. Even so, it leaves you feeling judged if you don't participate, with a minimum 20%. It's gotten out of hand.

@BlueFinch @That's what I thought about her. We all laughed after it was over. No harm no foul!

@BlueFinch What really gets me is asking for a tip when they did not do anything to warrent it. I was at a hotel in New Orleans for work. There was a food place where you just pick up what you want and they ring you out. And they ask for a tip for working the register? H@ll no!

I guess you had to be there to fully appreciate the moment.
Frankly, I find it annoying when people have hissy fits in public ... and it turns out they don't even know what they're talking about.
Glad you got a good chuckle from it.

@QVCkitty1 - I agree. Maybe she could've just read what was in front of her first, instead of causing such a fuss and delaying everyone else.
The pharmacy staff were probably trying to be discreet, not saying her phone number out loud for everyone else around to hear.
I don't know anyone who would think a pharmacy would ask for a tip.
