teething puppy...what will work or help him stop it?

he's chewing up everything in sight, including my older dog. He also has tons of energy which I hope he someday grows out of. I think he's a lab/pit bull mix. I've given him Kong stuffed with treats, Nylabones and Toro Soft Rawhide puppy chews and feed him 3 times a day. He's such a mouthy little guy. Please help! Suggestions and advice very welcome
