Just again having trouble signing in to reply to a post. Gee, it went a whole 24 hours with no issues. Wish they would just fix it.

Previously I had no issues logging in with my iPhone 12 until today. Every time I  signed in, I was thrown back to the Q site and not to Forums. I tried again with the same result. I posted on Facebook and was suggested I reboot my phone. Ta Da, it worked.

You might have enjoyed a 24 hour reprieve, but it appears the problems have been rampant for days now. Smiley Wink

Happened to me this morning.  First it wouldn't accept my password, refreshed page, then it did. Sign in then took me to the home page.

This was the first time I had to delete my cookies, history, and all that stuff to get to the Forum. Although, these things happened before, either refreshing the page or closing the page worked.

Crazy, because everything worked all day yesterday.

I've had problems signing in too -- sometimes it works and other times it won't accept my password and takes back to homepage.

So far it hasn't tried to assign a new password to me.

As I said on another post, I can't sign out - has been this way for about a week now.    Also not getting notifications.  I have always said when answering any posts about the website, QVC needs to contract with another IT company.  They seem to spend their time fooling around and playing with re-designing the website instead of working on the technical issues.

The Edge browser doesn't work at all for signing in. I can sign in with Chrome but it takes multiple steps. (Sign in, takes me to QVC home page, go down to forums, back to forums, sign in again, ,then it keeps me on the forums and I'm signed in.) Edge never lets me sign in at all. I get the: "Hmmm...Something went wrong!" message. Some service providers get paid per page hit and if Q is paying whoever runs the forum per page hit, it's in the best interest of the provider to keep us running around in circles.

@gardenman

 As long as the Catch 22 game keeps being played, it has to be "clicks are $$$". Being going on for almost a week now and with the 3 browsers I use. It should be simple to fix, if they wanted it fixed.

My be getting "The Clicks", but losing some potential buyers, which also equals $$$$. There is a reason those that "can" are not fixing this issue, and $$$ is my #1 guess.

Having problems again today. Posting on my iPad, using Safari.  I had to sign in twice on the account page in order to get in.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

@OKPrincess   I have had the password problem too.  I get the message "Hmm-somthing went wrong".

Hmm-your IT is the "something went wrong".

It's frustrating because the issues change from one day to the next.
