shark rocket complete w/ duo-clean technology

Hi,

I think it must be pretty new, I just started seeing infomercials for it and I have searched the internet for reviews, but so far the only reviews I can find are all from people who were given one for free, which I take with a grain of salt.  It seems like a good deal with a 60 day return policy (they pay return shipping) plus a 5 year warranty and lots of neat accessories, but  if you have one, I would love to know how you like it and if it works as good as they say on dust and sand on hardwood floors and for pet hair.

Thank you in advance for your input.

Amazon has verified purchase reviews. I've been thinking about the Shark Rocket.

Re: shark rocket complete w/ duo-clean technology

I recently bought a Shark based on recommendations from the boards! My house is as clean and cat hair free as it has ever been!

The technology for vacuums has come sooooo far! Love that it is lightweight too!

@Mz iMac is correct, it will suck up he11

Hi Mz iMac,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.  We have the Shark Rotator and you are right it does suck up he11.  I have been looking to replace my cordless swiffer sweeper and dust buster, both of which are on their last legs. I found two different machines that had what I was looking for and was considering getting both, but this new shark looks like it might be just what I am looking for.  Thanks again for your input.

Re: shark rocket complete w/ duo-clean technology

I don't have a Shark Rocket but I have one regular Shark. It is an upright that can become like a canister too, though I rarely use it that way. You can take off the dirt holder part and it goes under couches and tables that way. I got this off of the tv when my husband left our Dyson at our beach house and I didn't feel like driving 3 hours to get it. Most of our house is hardwood floors but we do have some bound carpets and wall to wall carpeting in our den. We have central vac in our house and we use that on the hardwoods but I don't like using that on my carpets. It just doesn't work as well on the carpet, even with the different carpet attachment. I probably should buy a newer one but for some reason, I just prefer and regular vac for them.  I have to say, I really love this vacuum. It is super light weight and it really picks up great. I would think that the Shark would be just as good and I haven't seen or heard of it before this thread. Now I want it too!!
