It happened one time to me. Now, most of the caller ID's show my area code and the first 3 digits of my phone number. I let all these scam calls go on my answering machine - and the pervs never leave a message. I've also picked up the phone (landline) and when the person starts speaking (when it's not a robocall) - I never answer. They just keep saying, hello, hello, hello. Then they hang up.

Robocalls on my phone had dwindled a bit but within the last two weeks I am getting more than ever! I can’t go ignore the calls since the hospital has been calling me with scheduling tests, etc and they have weird caller ID and numbers, so I have to answer. It is over a dozen a day now....aggravating as h#&!
