@fortune No! I was talking about IN GENERAL. If you don't spell the words right (i.e. the designer's name) it doesn't come up at all.

Most sites, you can be close to spelling it right, but on QVC it's very frustrating.

Glad to hear it's fixed.

I look at the "As Is" for good buys, but also to see how many products are available from a particular brand. They may be on-air props, as stated, but I think most are returns. I was looking at a handbag brand and was stunned at how many "as is" listings there were. Maybe there's another explanation, but until I hear it, I'm figuring that a lot of "as is" means a lot of customer dissatisfaction, and will buy accordingly.
