Any body having problems with the Q card? I pay my card on time and more than they ask and they give me hard time.If I knew it was going to be an problem I would not have one.Do not have an problem with others cards I have.Will not shop with them anymore.I will go to other companies that care about their customers.The Q sucks.

So, if you don't like it - close it. easy. No one is forcing you to have a Q card.

You don't say how they are giving you a hard time. I have a q card and have never heard from the credit card company.

I will take my business some were else.I try talking with the Q before get no were.They are the ones with an problem.I have cards with other companies no problem.In fact I have one increase my credit by $500.

When I use mine I pay my balance in full each month before it's due. I have never had any problems.

There are only 3 things that put a flag up to a credit card company - 1. Not paying on time 2. Not paying at least the minimum or 3. trying to exceed the credit limit. Otherwise , they are happy to leave you alone.

What kind of problems? If you pay your bill on time, what is the issue?

I have a couple of items on EZ pay (PTR's TSV is one) that I put on my Q card.
I have a payment due on the Q card on Feb 7 and as of today, did not have a bill sent to me, USPS, as I had this past summer when I did a Q charge. Not sure why I have not gotten the statement due from them. Luckily I caught it myself when I checked online. I just went ahead and set up the pay by check (routing #, bank account #) and paid the balance due. Even if I got the bill on Feb. 1, it may not have gone through in time. This is the first time this that I have not been sent a Q statement in the mail.
From here on out, I will use my MasterCard and get the rewards incentive.
Normally I pay my Q bill in full through the bank website and bill pay through them.
