What happens to those who chose not to cooperate? Will they be prosecuted?

I would think Dmod would be a better source to ask.

I don't know. A subpoena issued by the State committee is something different than from a Prosecutor or Attorney General. Two staff members have exercised their rights under the 5th amendment.

I think we'll have to see what the Attorney (which the NJ State Assembly hired) does. Did you know he is the same one who prosecuted the ex governor of Illinois, Blagojevich?

He was hired soon after the story broke nationally.

How did I miss that? I thought it was someone from NJ and then they found he as too closely involved then they found someone else.

CC had too many owing him for all the favors and positions he got them.

The Attorney was the first assistant to Patrick Fitzgerald. He later went into private practice and VOILA!

He's not a special prosecutor. He's advising the legislative group. But he is the one who nailed Rod B.
