I use both the paper masks with the metal on top (bridge of nose) and also cloth.  I saw an article awhile back suggesting putting a small piece of paper towel inside the mask and it works perfectly.  No more fog.

Thanks every one ,this has been a real  problem for me.

The glasses should sit on top of the mask - fogging comes because the mask has gaps in it and the air shoots up through the gaps. If your mask has gaps it isn’t helping anyone.


 

@willdob3   I just tried this, and you are right, could barely see the other day, lol.
