when i click on a product it says product not found . we are having technical issues???? on a free shipping day? you need to have another free s&h day tomorrow! i would definetely order alot. but cant.. please fix the issue. or do it again tomorrow with the site working.

Just keep trying!

I was finally able to add 4 items to my cart and checkout, with no shipping charges.

It took a while, but persistence paid off!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

i would of spent at least 200 or more, im sure more.. issues, do it again tomorrow then! when its working!

@bonnie f Yes you can. The message gives you a # to call in your order.

You can also call in your orders using the toll free # Q flashes on tv.

i cant even click an item on to even look at it. or add to my cart. i will keep trying. nothing is working on my end.

It never fails. QVC always has computer glitches on free shipping days, it seems. By design, I wonder????

im shopping online. im not going to call an order in if i cant even see it, see colors, sizes.. on my end i click it on, and cant even order. i will keep trying.

@bonnie f- I got the same reply. It appears QVC.com is broken again. This seems to happen when they offer free shipping.
