I'm sorry. I have the opposite problem. Drought. Blistering hot. 100* tomorrow and it's only April.

we are all so tired of freezing wind and snow---there won't be a lot (I hope) but it's been cold all day--bring on the warm!!

Bikerbabe, it was in the high 80's today along the CA coast, where it's usually cooler. That's why I'm still up this late at night (for me). I can't sleep when I'm too warm.

I believe most of the western states have been drier than usual. Yet our flood insurance rates have risen drastically this past year! Why is that? The river at the end of my road has no water in it.

sylvia, hate to say it, but that is just springtime in the Rockies. I grew up in CO and remember many years when we got snow in May still.... be thankful for the moisture, and the snow-capped mountains. summer will arrive soon enough, and that snow will sound good.

Then you might remember when it snowed in June... i was about 6 years old then... so 38 years ago-ish Gotta love Colorado...averages over 300 days of sunshine each year, then there is the weird stuff.
