It seems that many of the best hosts are leaving...I wish it was the other way around..QVC has changed so much,and I'm not sure if it is for the best.

You are so right! Antonella should do something about that hair.  Mary Nelson was so good at her job.  She will be missed.  There are some others there that should be retired, in my opinion.

People leave well paying jobs, all the time. Like is a journey, before it ends, we all follow different paths. There is more to happiness and fulfillment, than the size of your paycheck. 

Good for Mary,for going after one of her dreams, and best of luck and success, as she moves forward.

As for contacting Shawn, I somehow doubt, that many QVC, host wannabes read the forums.

Did you watch the show?

For several days Mary has spoken about moving back to Nebraska because she needs to be with family now more than ever.  MBR made a comment about Mary needing to deal with family issues.

I was sorry to learn that Mary left QVC.  I enjoyed her as a host and would've liked to see her more.  She had a QVC schedule that didn't match my viewing hours.  

I just looked her up and saw that she has a Facebook @ MaryNelsonTV.  She appears to be doing well.  One post said, "Goodnight from Nebraska," so I guess that's where she relocated.  She appears to be into DIY home improvements.  Maybe she'll do work in that area in the future.  Best of luck to her.
