@newname0  I don’t win things often, but many years ago, I went to a tricky tray. (I just love tricky trays!!) anyway, I won the original Apple iPad, a Kindle, and a bunch of office supplies that I was able to use in my classroom. Never won anything since.

Interesting question. Look forward to reading answers. As a newly married couple, I attended husband's work, holiday party. They played Bingo and I walked away with a big 'ol Microwave, weekend trip and crystal wine glasses. I know -- I guess that was my lucky moment. Husband's first year on the job and he was teased about that until the next holiday party. Haven't won a lot since that time. Does Bunko count? Ha

I usually never win anything. Several years ago I won a 2 week tour for 4 to the national parks out west.

My husband and I were on a cruise years ago.  It was raining one day on the way home so -- for the first time ever -- we played bingo.  It was the final "snowball" bingo where some money from every game all week had be been held for the final game.  We won the last game where you had to fill up the whole card.  $1700 -- and no taxes because it was considered having been won in Norway since it was a Norwegian cruise ship.  It was a huge pile of money -- given to us all in $1 -- $5 -- $10 -- and $20 bills.

I won a turkey for Thanksgiving one year.  Tickets were sold by a music parents group when my kids were in school.  One time I won a sports pool at work; cash-under $100.  It was fun to win both times even though the prizes were not huge.

@Lisa Y   What is a "tricky tray," please?  I have never heard this term.  Just curious.

Yes ..  we used to go to charity sponsored "casino nights" where we lived years ago.  We won various door prizes most of the events.  Drawings at work when there were parties for various things.   

Trying to remember some of the stuff .... crock pot, canned ham, binoculars, CD player, 

Most recently on Facebook drawing from people who replied ... set of interchangeable circular knitting needles.

I won 80.00 once on a super bowl pool at work, that’s all I can think of.

I won a HUGE stuffed orange donkey in a raffle at a church fair in the 5th grade. That’s it for me. And, nope, I don’t still have it.
