@traveler I'd like to know how as well.  I have the 6 and the app, and can only access via Safari, then go to the web page.

The forums are not available in the QVC App.

Instead, use the Safari browser to navigate to the forums. (http://community.qvc.com/) and use the forums through the browser. Once you open the page and log in, you can save the page as an icon on your home page.

As of now the app doesn't have the message boards, whether on Apple products or Android. So if you want to come to the message boards you have to just come to the website. I've actually saved the boards to my home screen to have quick access. Years ago they were going to have a separateSmiley Frustrated message boards app, but after reading some comments about not wanting it, I guess they decided to forgo it for now. Don't know.

You're welcome, @Mj12. I have quite a few web pages I visit frequently that don't have apps and use that trick of saving the page as a shortcut icon quite often. Smiley Happy

Re: forums on iphone

Here's a tip for you (depending on your preferences): when you navigate to the site on your phone, it will probably default you to the mobile view.  Personally, I hate the mobile view (it never maintains my user login/preferences, which means it doesn't keep track of threads/replies I've already viewed, etc.)  Once you're on the forum, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of list of topics (right under the search bar but above the "Let's Stay in Touch" section), you can toggle it back to the full site version. This will be exactly the same as when you visit here on a tablet or laptop/desktop.  This works much better for me, and I just scroll the screen and magnify it to see it as large as I need to.

I'm sure there are people who prefer the mobile view, and maybe you will too...but this way can decide based on your own preferences Smiley Happy

@WenGirl42, thanks for that tip about using the full site instead of mobile. It's a rare occasion when I'm on the forums on my iPhone, but when I am I don't find them easy to navigate. Your idea is much better!
