Not true, at least for me. I had my lower eyelids done late in my forties because of hypothyroidism, which caused me to look like I had two pails of water under my eyes. I am now 76 and they never came back, I have absolutely no bags under my eyes, or wrinkles either. It was the best thing I ever did for myself (vanity-wise, LOL).
I don't know if a facelift would do it, but certainly an eyelift would, and it truly is a very simple surgery with no scarring at all.

Sylvia - Did you have an issue with facial disfigurement or is this just a cosmetic thing you are doing?

I am happy for you that you are so pleased with the results
I have had Radiesse (in my marionette lines) and it is wonderful, and yes it does last a year. That said....after you drop $600+ a year on fillers you may want to consider having your eyes done top and bottom. It is an easy surgery and the results last 10+ years, and many enjoy the results longer than that. I am thrilled that I did it 5 yrs. ago and they look just as good now.

Is it pricey, I know it depends on a lot of factors.

They say Preparation H works really well by shrinking the tissue. Has anyone tried that?
