In my area of WV, these things are usually donated to daycare facilities, nursing homes, and after school programs.  A local library, or Girl Scout troop might even be interested in the supplies.

@catlover7777  If you have a FACEBOOK account (you do not have to be an active user) put the info on MARKETPLACE to sell.  You just need to be cautious when it comes to letting people look in person.

 

I have sold several things fairly expensive...and each person that look purchased and we did not have trouble and also I  am not alone (husband in the house) and we are well secure in our home, I have no idea what your circumstances are...just be cautious.
