no really it's the latter...........this was a big one, a rehab for the state..........they kept changing their minds.......or they didn't like the figures..........or concerns about the ada units........then they wanted spread sheets with everything broken down......it was a ton of paper work, over and over and over........but it's DONE................bad/good news is...........they now want me to do a 55 unit new build and they want the bid in by the 25th.........so I have blue prints I'll start designing off of tomorrow..............but tonight, I'm not doing a darn thing LOL.............................................raven
