@goldensrbest

These are the numbers we use and we've always gotten good customer service.

1-800-237-2767 (general business, prescriptions, etc.)

1-800-697-7089 (billing)

I hope that helps.

just a thought. New year, new month, is your insurance stilll using them in your group? I'd check on that. We got something in the mail the other day on those lines.

@Chrissykins  Welcome.

There are forums and blogs here.  Community Chat is just one of many categories under the forum category.  All sorts of topics are discussed.  For example, if someone is primarily interested in subject related to Recipies, they can go to that forum to read, comment or start a new subject.

The Blog section relates directly to QVC.  The hosts and QVC  initiate blogs there.  Followers, customers can post onto the blogs.

I think the group under the Wellness category of the forums may get you more help and responses....

@goldensrbest I am also having trouble with Caremark lately. I ordered my Humira online (didn't call them). It was to be delivered on the 24th.  When I didn't receive an email that it had shipped I called them and was told because my co-pay was so high they wanted to check with me first. Well why didn't they. I asked the csr when they were going to call and she didn't have an answer. The first couple of months of the year the amount I owe is always high and I know that and really they should too. I have been using them since 2014 so they could check my account. I did get it the next day but still...the service has really declined since I started. I will be changing drug stores due to Aetna changing CVS status from preferred to standard so my co-pays are higher.

If you expected all the posts on the forum to have to do only with QVC, you're in for a surprise.

I assume you have coverage through your employer.  Take whatever emails or letters you have from Caremark to you the Benefits dept in HR and ask them for help.
