Why doesnt QVC address some of the low ratings when selling an item that has some negative comments? The negative comments or experiences from customers have stopped me from buying 3 items today. I listen to the presenters on how great the items are and all this hype but when you read some of the ratings there is almost 1/2 negative ratings.
