Keurig Vue V500 Sep 2013 TSV

This TSV offered a $20 rebate. I am getting ready to submit the rebate form which asks for original UPC codes from packaging. I cut out the UPC on the big box as well as the S/N bar code. Am I supposed to cut out the UPC codes from each of the coffee/tea boxes included with my brewer? Thank you for your help!
