credit cards with fees

Does anyone have a credit card that charges an annual fee? I thought all of them had gone "by the wayside." But I recently got an offer to upgrade a card to cash rewards...the catch was an annual fee. I don't remember the amount. I saw "fee" and deleted.

Now Suze Orman "built" has a prepaid mastercard...with a MONTHLY fee of $3. I like the idea of prepaid...the fee kills my interest.
