Yes, it is. And it usually results in canned responses. Big waste of time with that address, or with the general Customer Service phone representatives in my experience.
I agree. We posters don't have many options as far as where to voice our complaints about how the Community is run.

I am going to email that and the two that were provided -- THANKS!
Anyone else?
What I am going to ask is that an explanation be given for freezing and/or deleting a conversation -- leave up the thread title so when we click on it -- we can see WHY it is deleted.

Photo Donna, I've been contacted by the social team with the 2 addresses I provided. I've had discussions with them about technical site issues and about the community forums.

I'm glad you're contacting them with your concerns. I think the more they hear from us the better chance we have of making some sort of improvements, even if they're small.

How much detail would you want to see? I doubt you'll ever get WHO and WHAT, probably just a AGAINST GUIDELINES TOPIC notice. But, good luck.

I wanted to add: The suggestion about an explanation has been made numerous times on the thread I referenced and also on the thread the Community Team started regarding my thread. It wouldn't hurt to add it there, so it's a part of all the others.
