cody........it doesn't bother me, and I do have to drive it a lot.........what bothers me is the people that aren't from here..........especially the truckers who don't know how to drive that grade down the mountain.............they over heat their brakes and then loose control.........that's a really really really steep grade, leaving and going, and dangerous......................................raven

Yep...it is those truckers that I see bearing down on me in the rear view mirror. Scares me!!!

OMG cody, there's nothing more scary than seeing one of those 18 wheelers in your rear view mirror coming down the grapevine especially when there's snow. The stuff of nightmares!!

Weather looks dark and threatening. However, the breezes kicked in and blew away some of the clouds so if there was going to be rainfall from them, it went out of the area. Maybe later tonight or early morning things will change.

Everyone who has had warnings, take care and stay safe and warm.

ughhhhhh..........the wind is fierce out there and so is the dust............I hate wind this time of year............all the cotton fields have been freshly plowed...........they have to, because of the bollworm...........you can see the dust blowing by the lights...................................raven

the winds are gone.....yahooooo.......we lost power for a good while..........today was a shocker..........fences in the neighborhood are down all over the place.....trees are down all over, or big sections broken off......we ended up with two trees down..........with the second tree taking out our pergola and part of our fence........don't even want to talk about what the pool looks like.......the rain finally came around 3 am and it really hasn't stopped since.........which is good, we need it badly.........but fixin everything is going to have to wait till we hit a dry spot................................................raven
