amazing customer service

i ordered 2 pairs of earrings yesterday at the Southern channel and indicated express delivery for one pair.  i expect to wear them the end of next week and wanted to be sure they would be here.  i just now got notification that both pairs have shipped -  together - express - when i was charged for express on just one.  first of all, good for combining orders. secondly, i so appreciate the acceleration of the arrival of the other pair of earrings- at no extra charge.  someone is thinking over there -  and i am a grateful and appreciative customer.  this will pay off for them.

FWIW, there's no need to couch things as "the southern channel", since some folks don't know who that is.  QVC seems to have no problem allowing "HSN".
