They have some good sales on brand names--I got my favorite pair of Clarks through zulily. Their shipping is very slow because it depends on when the sale is over and how fast the manufacturer ships to zulily. Sometimes there is a no return policy, so read carefully before you click.
I buy a lot of workout tanks because they have some funny ones and people at the gym that I work out in tell me they can't wait to see the shirt I have on that day.

As far as I know, there are no returns at all, unless something is defective. Be very careful in buying clothes. I bought a $40 outfit that did not fit. Total waste of money. I have also bought pairs of crocs and some Vera Bradley, which was fine. But I will never buy clothes again.

My experiences have all been good with Zulily.
When I have had a breakage, they have always given me a credit for the item, and they used to give you a $15 credit on top of that..but I don't think they do that any longer...someone correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't had a breakage in a long time.
As far as shoes and clothing, I don't order them, because you can't return them, which is a big turn off for me. Same goes for jewelry and handbags.
The people in Customer Service there are very nice, I have never had a meanie talk to me.

I have only ordered once, my order took about a month to get to me. They gave me the option to cancel, and I cancelled one top but kept the other, The one I kept was fine and inexpensive, but I doubt I will order from them again.

I've only ordered from them about five times and I am satisfied. I don't order clothing because I am weary of them not fitting and the no return issue. I did break down and just recently ordered a pair of alegria shoes. Price was excellent. When you buy one item, you pay shipping. For remainder of that day, shipping is free.
I order mostly home decor or yard decor items. I price compare whenever possible. Some things take longer to receive, others come quite quickly.

I have received credit for several items, a handbag that was smaller than advertised and an item that was broken on arrival. The broken item was very poorly packed so I avoid buying anything fragile from Zulily.

I have ordered from them many times. If an item is unsatisfactory, they have always credited me. They do not take returns. They wait until the sale is over. It could be close to 3 weeks before you get your order. This is clearly stated. Some things are shipped right away, again, this is stated. They are now connected with the Q, somehow. I have only been disappointed twice, and they more than made it right. I have been very happy.

I would not buy brand from Zulily that you have not heard of or purchased before. I once bought a dress from Zulily and it came in paper-thin and see through. So, now I only buy brand names that I've purchased before, such as Clarks, or Kuhn Rikon. The shipping can be really slow (sometimes it takes 4 to 6 weeks), so don't buy anything that you need real soon.
