I like zappos too. Their prices seem fair. Shipping both ways is great.

We love Zappos. We do not buy a lot from them but do love the free shipping both ways. We did receive the wrong shoes one time and when we contacted them we received a $50.0o Gift Card for our trouble of having to ship them back free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree you pay for the shipping one way or another but I like their policy just the same.
