There were a lot of good suggestions, although I have no interest in the 60's flower children stuff. I was an actual child back then and hated the hippies as much as my dad did. My problem is that after sleeping soundly for several hours, I wake up and thoughts race through my mind (ranges from things at work to things on my own "to do" list). I was prescribed something and it helped, but I just felt so sluggish so I stopped taking it altogether.
