Re: Your New Year's Resolution

Any day, any hour can be a new time for a resolution if you want it to be!  And in that way, I have kept many.  Any day is a new start, any time is a time to resolve to make you a better person!

Wish yourself "Happy New Year" at any moment!

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

I can't and won't make them any more!  This always led to me feeling disappointed and like a failure because I never stuck to any of them for any length of time.  I do have plans to try to start eating better --- again.  Right before and during the holidays I was really naughty.  I feel the pounds - I don't have to get on the scale to know they have crept back on!  Why do I do this to myself?  Because I do like to enjoy all the wonderful foods that the holidays bring.  I should say no, but I don't.  So --- I won't promise to lose X amount of weight but I am simply going to put forth effort  to regain control!!!!

None ... I don't think I've ever made resolutions.

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

I heard someone put this in another way the other day. She said, they use goals, since they never kept resolutios.  I though that was a great way to put it.
