Re: Your New Year's Resolution

When I was younger!! I would make resolultions which I wasn't very good at keeping.

Now my resolution is just to get through another year--LOL!

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

I don't believe in them.

I prefer not to set myself up for failure.  When I make up my mind to do something, I do it.  I don't need to come up with something just because it is a new year.

I make the same one every year: "Do it now."  In other words, don't procrastinate.  And I keep it too.

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

Only made one resolution that I kept.  It was at least 3 years ago:  stopped wasting my time going through the lunchtime specials.

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

I try since I like to have a positive outlook for the beginning of the year....this year I would like to continue to get more organized which means doing more decluttering in the basement.

I'm going to try to get more regular exercise too.

Re: Your New Year's Resolution

I resolve to be a better person than I was the year before.  Some years I am better than others.  One year I didn't make it through January 1 being a better person.

I resolve to:

1) Spend more time on my couch watching tv.

2) Limit all unnecessary movement...don't need to wear out my parts.

3) Eat more butter...butter n' sketty especially.

Haha, no really I just always say I want to try to be/do better...
