We HAVE TO stay in a Hampton Inn or a Hilton Inn because my DH has a ton of points from all his years of travelling for his job. So we always stay on points instead of paying. He was fortunate that his company made a contract with Hilton & Hampton so those were where he was able to stay and where we stay now. Some companies put up their travelling sales staff at places that are really economy accomadations.

I miss switching over the seasonal wardrobe and getting all different stuff to wear now that we live in Fl. I am pretty tired of my clothes.

Definitely try to eat at the Biltmore Hotel restaurant -- fine dining at its best and very accommodating to those with handicap issues too.

Before Starbucks changed their bakery items, they started carrying pumpkin scones on September 1.   Loved the pumpkin scones they used to carry.

I'm printing up a next year's calendar, and then some start arriving in the mail

I'm looking to see when the clocks change again

and when the seasons do too,

Came back to add: I'm looking up my recipes for pumpkin type of things. Uggghhh!!!

I'm just so glad that it's gone down from 90s and 100 temps to a little cooler and much cooler at night.  Everything else, for me, is just icing on the cake.  

Oh yeah, plus the kidlets are back in school so we don't have as much littering on my street as during the summer.

Baseball is winding down toward the World Series and I'm hoping my Texas Rangers are in it.

College football has started and I'm watching every game I can.  

I'm back at work after summer break from school.
